Resumes after a drop: On the subway or in an elevator, queued messages resume when the network returns.
Photo attachments: Photo content is encrypted before the service stores or routes it.
Necessary metadata: The service still processes account identifiers, room membership, delivery state, and attachment transfer metadata to operate.
